Are you trying to access more than one account at the same time?

In order to process your document correctly, please make sure you follow the steps below if you need to log on to more than one account at the same time:

- Internet Explorer: Select File > New Session (Alt + F to open the File menu, or Alt + I for New Session), and you can log on from there.

- Firefox: Select File > New Private Window (Ctrl + Shift + P), and you can log on from there.

- Chrome: Select Chrome > New Incognito Window (Ctrl + Shift + N), and you can log on from there.

- Or you can log on to a different type of browser for each logon.
