Support Ticket

Many web-related issues can be easily solved by running our System Prep Utility. For information on downloading the utility, see System Requirements.

 Note  If you are new to the DiCentral system and need assistance learning our software, we request that you schedule a training session rather than open a support ticket.

1.      To open a ticket with Customer Support, click the Support ticket link in the upper-right corner of the page.

2.      On the Support Ticket form, fill out the required fields, and then click the Submit button.
