The Case Status feature displays the status of your Connections and Support cases, as well as the list of tasks and descriptions.
1. To view the status of your Connections or Support case, click the Case Status link in the upper-right corner of the page.

type the case number in the DC# box, and then press Enter or
click the search icon .
The Case Status page displays the status and the tasks associated with your case number.
3. To view the description of a task, use your mouse to pause on the task until it is selected.
