Fax Attachments

This feature is used when customers would like to receive a Purchase Order via Fax service. In other instances, vendors can use this feature to download the PO again, or have it sent to our Service Bureau. For more information about our DiService Bureau, see Service Bureau.

1.      Switch to the Main tab.

2.      In the Sliding menu, select All from the Outbox menu in the CURRENT group.

3.      Mark the desired document(s).

4.      In the Actions list, select Fax Attachments, and then click Go.

The Fax Attachments window is displayed.

5.      In the last column, click the View link for the desired document.

The document is displayed in .pdf format.
