Reset Internet Explorer

If you are still not able to perform the desired actions, reset your Internet Explorer settings.

  1. On the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  2. Switch to the Advanced tab.

  1. Next, click the Reset… button.
  2. Once the Internet Explorer settings have been reset to their default condition, Restart your computer.
