If the steps above do not correct the problem when you load web forms, close all Internet Explorer windows and launch Internet Explorer without add-ons.
1. Click the Start button, and then go to All Programs > Accessories -> System Tools.
2. Double-click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
Internet Explorer is launched with a yellow warning message stating that Add-ons are currently disabled.
3. Use this new web browser window to log on to your DiWeb account and try performing the desired actions again.
If you are using Windows 8 or higher
1. Hold down the Windows key located on your keyboard between the Ctrl and the Alt buttons, press the R key, and then release both keys.
The Run window is displayed.
2. Next, type iexplore.exe –extoff in the text box, and then click OK.
Note There is a space in front of the hyphen.
