Before you log on to your DiWeb account, it is strongly recommended that you run the DiCentral System Prep utility to ensure your system is configured for optimal performance when using our software. The DiCentral System Prep tool automatically does the following:
§ Checks for the .NET framework and downloads the installer if the requirements to run DiWeb are not met.
§ Adds DiCentral to the “Trusted sites” zone in Internet Explorer.
§ Adjusts security settings for the “Trusted sites” Zone to meet the requirements of the .NET Web software.
1. To run the DiCentral System Prep tool, do the following:
a. Go to http://www.dicentral.com/support/system_prep.html
b. Click the System Prep button.
2. Next, Save the file to your computer, click Open, and then run the disysprep.exe program.
3. Accept the license and warnings to install the program.
