Adjust Your Browser Security Settings

This procedure will add DiCentral to the "Trusted Sites" list in your browser settings, and will adjust the security level to allow smooth communication with our servers for the purpose of viewing and sending your EDI documents.

On the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools, and then click Internet Options.

Note If your browser menu is hidden, press the Alt key on your keyboard to display it.

The Internet Options window is displayed.

2. Click the following items, in this order:

a. Security tab

b. Trusted sites icon

c. Move the slider to the Low security level.

d. Next, click the Sites button.

Note The list of Trusted Sites should display *.dicentral.com

3. If *.dicentral.com is not displayed on the Trusted Sites window, do the following:

e. Clear the Require server verification… check box.

f. Type *.dicentral.com in the Add this website to the zone field.

g. Click the Add button to add the text to the Websites section.

h. Click the Close button to return to the Internet Options window.
