Set Internet Explorer as the Default Browser

Internet Explorer should be set as the default web browser in order to use the web forms in DiWeb.

  1. On the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  2. Next, switch to the Programs tab.
  3. Click the Make Default button if it is not already the default browser.

  1. If you made changes, restart Internet Explorer and then check your DiWeb account at this point to see if the issue has been corrected.

Note:   Most web form loading issues are connected to the configuration settings in the steps above.
